After we helped out at the park we headed back home, got in our pajamas and back into our sleeping bags. The girls enjoyed tackling Julie on the couch with pillows and themselves.

It's Slumber Time!

Our troop had a slumber party where we ate pizza, had a puppet show, watched Nancy Drew and giggled until 1 a.m. Julie, my co-leader, and I had a blast with the girls, but we were completely exhausted the next day. I think the girls had a good time too. In the photo from left to right: Lucy, Alyssa, me, Ashlyn, Kayla, Camille, Julie, Zoe and Kristin.

Take me out to the ball game...Mariners!

I had a wonderful birthday turning 30 (yikes) with family and friends on the opening day for the Mariners. Chad suprised me with tickets to the game and I was so excited. After the game, Luke and Tenneall, great friends from Idaho, invited everyone back to their house for a little birthday party. Tenneall made chocolate cupcakes for everyone...thanks Tenneall, you're the best! I couldn't have asked for a better 30th birthday. In the photo we are at Pyramid and I am sporting my new Mariners hat.

Annie and I became friends very quickly after her brother Luke introduced the two of us. Every time I am around her I always have the best of times and share the greatest hugs and laughs. Everyone should have a friend like Annie...she is awesome!

So, Ryan and Molly showed up a little after the rest of us and unfortunately there weren't any more cups. However, that didn't seem to stop Ryan...he found his own mug to drink from. Honestly he didn't drink a full pitcher...just a little bit of it.
